What happens when I run out of messages?+
For Free chatbots: once 100 monthly messages are used up, the chatbot stops responding until the automatic reset at the start of the next month. For Pro chatbots: once the 1,000 monthly messages are used up, the chatbot stops responding until the next period reset.
Can I have both Free and Pro chatbots on the same account?+
Yes. Each account supports up to 5 chatbots in any combination of Free and Pro. For example: 2 Free and 3 Pro, or 1 Free and 1 Pro.
Can I cancel a chatbot at any time?+
Yes. You can deactivate a chatbot whenever you want. Lead data is preserved. A new Free chatbot starts with 100 monthly messages.
Is the Free plan really free forever?+
Yes. The Free plan has no expiration and doesn't require a credit card. You get 100 messages per month that reset automatically at the start of every month.
What are Smart Triggers?+
Rules that open the chatbot on its own at the right moment: after X seconds of inactivity, when the visitor is about to leave (exit-intent), at 70% scroll depth, after X seconds on the site, or for returning visitors. Includes built-in A/B testing. Available on Pro plans.
How does operator handoff work?+
You set up handoff once. When a visitor asks for a human — or when the bot doesn't know what to answer — you get a notification on your preferred channel. Reply directly, the visitor sees your message in the same widget. When you're done, the bot resumes. Available on Pro plans.
Can I use it for my clients if I'm a web agency?+
Yes. One account supports up to 5 chatbots in any Free/Pro mix. Typical setup: 1 Free for testing + 4 Pro for active clients. You only pay €25/month for the Pro ones, and you can pause/resume them at will. Beyond 5 chatbots, the Custom plan offers full white-label.
