Frequently asked questions
What happens when I run out of messages?
For Free chatbots: once the 50 messages are used up, the chatbot stops responding. You can create a new Pro chatbot to continue. For Pro chatbots: once the 1,000 monthly messages are used up, the chatbot stops responding until the next billing period reset.
Can I have both Free and Pro chatbots on the same account?
Yes. Each account supports up to 5 chatbots in any combination of Free and Pro. For example: 2 Free and 3 Pro, or 1 Free and 1 Pro.
Can I delete a chatbot at any time?
Yes. You can deactivate a chatbot whenever you want. Lead data is preserved. If you create a new Free chatbot after deleting one, it starts with 50 fresh messages.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no expiration and requires no credit card. The 50 messages are a total limit: once used up, the chatbot stops responding, but the account stays active.
